VSA arts of Washington is proud to be a sponsoring organization of ArtsTime 2009. This biennial event, under the direction of the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction (O.S.P.I.) is the largest education in the arts conference in the state of Washington. VSAAW will be hosting an information booth, displaying art and presenting workshops that promote the education of and access to art for students with disabilities. This is a valuable opportunity for teachers, educators and anyone working in the arts.
